Orders module

The Order module holds details about orders made in the POS module.

An Orders record includes details about an order, including:

  • The product ordered
  • The applicant
  • Turnaround time for the order

Tab Description

Order

Records details about the order.

Addresses

Records details about the applicant and refund details.

Turnaround

Records details about the turnaround time for the order.

Identity

Records Proof of Identity (POI) information supplied by an applicant in order to show their entitlement to a certificate.

Conditions can be built around this to ensure that no certificate is issued without the required POI. Conditions vary depending on age (e.g. mothers can get a child's certificate up to the age of 18). The Registrant Proof Of Identity fields store the information that was presented and based on what is entered in the relationship field different conditions are applied.
